When you request a free estimate, contact us, or book an appointment through our website, we may collect:

• Your name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Project details and notes
• How you heard about us
• Appointment preferences

If you check the service-text box on our booking form, you agree to receive non-promotional text messages from Magic Scape LLC about your estimate, appointment confirmations, and scheduling changes. If you separately check the optional marketing-text box, you agree to receive occasional promotional messages. Providing a phone number alone does not opt you in to either type of text.

• Message frequency: Varies based on project status and promotional campaigns. Typically no more than 4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• We do not share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only to deliver messages on our behalf.

Our website uses browser storage to maintain account sign-in and to remember chat messages and a chat session identifier for the site chat feature. We load resources from service providers, including Google Fonts, and may receive technical error reports to operate and troubleshoot the site. You can clear browser storage in your browser settings; this may sign you out or reset saved chat history.

We use the information we collect to:

• Communicate about your project via phone, text, or email
• Send occasional promotional offers and company updates
• Improve our services and customer experience
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business (such as our CRM and scheduling systems), provided they agree to keep your information confidential.

• Opt out of marketing emails: Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Opt out of text messages: Reply STOP to any text message from us.
• Update your information: Contact us directly to correct or delete your personal data.

If you click Accept in our cookie settings, our public pages load the Google Ads tag. It sets cookies that help us see whether a Google ad led to a completed estimate request or booking. When that happens we send Google a conversion signal with a random record number. We do not send your name, email, phone number, address or form answers to Google, and enhanced conversions are off.

With consent, we also keep ad campaign details from the link you arrived on (such as utm tags or a Google click ID) with your request in our own records so we know which campaigns bring in work.

With consent, Google may also show a Google forwarding number in place of our business number on our public pages. Calls to it ring straight through to our office, and Google tells us only that a call from an ad lasted 60 seconds or more. Calls are not recorded. If you click Reject, our regular number comes back right away.

Google Ads stays off until you accept, if you click Reject, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the page; choosing Reject turns the tag off and clears its campaign details from this visit. Google handles this data under its own policies, available at policies.google.com. Text message consent is separate and is not affected by these settings.

Our public pages use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms to measure ads and request activity. In regions requiring advertising consent, it stays off until you accept. Elsewhere it may load automatically unless you opt out. Google Ads remains a separate opt-in choice. It tells Meta that the page was viewed and, after we have saved your request, that a request was made, using a random record number shared by the Pixel and Conversions API to prevent double counting. Only after explicit acceptance of the current Meta advertising notice, we may send Meta hashed email, phone, ZIP code and name from your saved request for customer matching, measurement and ad optimization, plus IP address, browser type and permitted Meta cookie identifiers. Hashing is not anonymization. We do not send project notes, photos or other form answers to Meta.

Like any website script, the Meta Pixel can also receive technical details from your browser, such as your IP address, browser type, the page address (which may include a Facebook click ID) and the site that sent you, and it may set Meta cookies. To limit this, we do not run it on pages whose address or referring page could contain personal or private details. Meta handles this data under its own policies, available at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Rejecting advertising or sending a Global Privacy Control signal keeps Meta off. Our regional lookup defaults to requiring consent when your region cannot be determined. We record the choice, date and notice version in your browser. You can withdraw any time through Cookie settings; rejecting stops new signals immediately and clears Meta cookies. Dismissing the privacy notice does not change your choice. We retain a reference to your advertising choice, time, notice version, region and disclosed purposes with the saved request.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
